sono state stata cancellate, ma ci rammarica che, nonostante le nostre
pubbliche scuse, il simpaticissimo art-director dell'Arena abbia pubblicato
sul loro sito dei commenti ben poco educati e veritieri; cito testualmente:
"Il concerto degli Axtra previsto per stasera, venerdì 5 novembre, è stato
annullato dalla band per problemi di salute, questa la versione ufficiale.
La verità invece è che gli Axtra o meglio chi li rappresenta non ha la più
pallida idea di cosa sia la professionalità.
Stendiamo un velo pietoso su questa band di chiacchieroni..."
Ora, ci tengo a precisare che il malato ero io in prima persona (Eddie) e
che, a 40 anni suonati, non rischio salute e pelle per andare a suonare
con oltre 40 di febbre; primo perchè non siamo i veri Megadeth e non
cancellavamo uno stadio, bensì siamo solo una banda di sfegatati che
suonano la musica dei loro miti, per divertirsi e divertire;
secondo poi, mi fa sorridere amaro che si parli proprio di professionalità,
visto che è ben noto quanto poco i locali rimborsino ai gruppi che si fanno
un mazzo tanto e poi pretendano pure professionalità in cambio di una
vera e propria miseria...!!! La professionalità, come dice il termine stesso,
è retribuita: infatti in questo paese abbiamo anche la mutua, apposta, per
casi di malattia, quindi sono sicuro che non sono molti gli stacanovisti
che si recherebbero a lavoro anche con 40 di febbre, nonostante almeno
loro lo facciano per uno stipendio mensile e non solo per 200 euro che
bastano a malapena a rimborsarci le rispettive benzine ed autostrade!
Mi scuso per questo sfogo personale, ma certa gente, quando apre bocca,
consuma solo aria ed ozono, che ultimamente scarseggiano, e soprattutto
perde una buonissima occasione per tacere! Vorrà dire che aggiungeremo
questo simpaticone al suo collega dello Stonehenge di Arcole (VR), che ci
cancellò una data, senza motivo: e che caso... Che dire? Viva l'Italia...!!!
